Common questions

How do I give Scrollfee Screen Time access?

Scrollfee asks for Screen Time access when you first open it; confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. If you declined or turned it off, use Open Settings in Scrollfee and allow Screen Time access, then pick your apps again. Without this access Scrollfee cannot lock anything.

Why can’t I open an app?

A rule is locking it: a schedule, a daily limit, a focus session or an empty battery. Tap Earn time on Scrollfee’s screen over the app, then open the notification to pick a task. Allow notifications for Scrollfee so this button can bring you back to the app. On the free plan the number of task unlocks per day is limited; when they are used up, they come back the next day.

How does the emergency pass work?

The emergency pass is part of strict mode. Use it from Scrollfee’s screen over a locked app or from the unlock page: it lifts every lock for 15 minutes, once a day. Scrollfee does not restrict the iPhone’s Emergency SOS feature.

How do I block or report someone?

Open Friends, tap the menu next to the person and choose Block or Report. A report also blocks them. You can do the same from an invite before accepting it. Blocked people cannot invite you or send you requests and are not told. To undo a block, open the Blocked list and tap Unblock. You can also report abuse to info@odbs.tech.

How do I delete my account and data?

Delete your account in Scrollfee’s account settings. This deletes your account and the data linked to it on our servers; data stored only on your iPhone is removed when you delete the app. You can also download a copy of your data in the app first. If you cannot use the app, email info@odbs.tech from the address you want us to reply to; never send passwords or login codes.

How do I restore Premium on a new iPhone?

Premium is tied to your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new iPhone and use Restore Purchases in Scrollfee. To cancel a subscription, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

How do I allow or stop the AI photo check?

Photo proof, going outside and reading tasks are for people aged 18 or older. Before the first photo, Scrollfee asks once for your birth month and year and for your consent; if you are under 18, these tasks are not available and all other tasks work as usual. The birth month and year cannot be changed in the app afterwards; to correct them, email info@odbs.tech. If you choose Not now, those tasks are hidden and everything else works. You can turn the AI photo check on or off at any time under Unlock tasks on Scrollfee’s home screen; after you turn it off, no more photos are sent.
